General conditions of Sale

GENERAL

These general conditions of sale apply to all purchases of products or the use of services on www.trusvalt.com/shop, the online shop of Trusvalt Consulting SA (hereafter the site). The offers of products and services published online are valid as long as they are visible on the site and while supplies last. The illustrations and information on the site are provided for information only and are not binding. Trusvalt Consulting SA declines all responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies related to drawings, images or diagrams on the site.

PRICES

The prices shown on the website are exclusively expressed in Swiss francs. They include VAT and do not include packing and shipping costs which will be invoiced separately. All orders are payable exclusively in Swiss francs.

Trusvalt Consulting SA reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The prices invoiced to the customer for the products ordered remain those which were in force on the day the order was made and which appear on the order confirmation.

CONTRACT STIPULATION

The products and prices published in the online shop are valid as an offer. However, this offer is always subject to the conditions (dissolution) related to the impossibility of making a delivery or an incorrect price indication.

The contract is to be considered concluded as soon as the customer sends his order. The receipt of the order is communicated to the customer through an automatically generated order confirmation and sent to the e-mail address indicated by him. The receipt of the automatically generated order confirmation does not imply any confirmation that the product is also actually available or that it can be delivered. The order confirmation simply informs the customer that the order has been received and that therefore the contract is in place, while remaining subject to the condition of the possibility of delivery.

ORDER

An order becomes effective only after the acceptance of the same by Trusvalt Consulting SA. The sending of the order by the customer implies full and unlimited acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale with the exclusion of other terms or conditions. Trusvalt Consulting SA reserves the right to refuse a customer’s orders.

PAYMENT

The invoiced price is the price indicated on the order confirmation that is sent to the customer. Except for special stipulations, all products are payable through the credit cards listed below: EuroCard / MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners, Postcard, Postfinance.

REPLACEMENT, RETURN, WARRANTY BENEFITS AND CLAIMS

Any complaints related to defective goods and / or incomplete services, as well as returns must be exclusively presented by the customer directly to Trusvalt Consulting SA. The existence of such disputes does not release the customer from the obligation to pay the invoice or the full value of the subject of the dispute.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the goods upon delivery. In principle, all items returned incomplete, damaged or dirty will not be taken back. The shipping costs in the event of a return of the goods are charged to the customer.

APPLICABLE LAW / DISPUTES

This contract is governed by Swiss law. The exclusive forum is at the headquarters of Trusvalt Consulting SA. In case of doubts regarding the interpretation of these general conditions of sale, the Italian version applies.
